Stewardship Campaign

Timeline for Yearly Pledge Campaign

The yearly Stewardship Campaign takes place in the fall.  In September, a vestry lead along with a committee of parishioners prepares a letter of request, that contains a vestry approved theme for the year.   Every member and friend of the parish, receives the letter and a pledge card.    Parishioners give testimony at both services about the importance of pledging throughout October.   Weekly reminders appear in the bulletin, and recipients receive a mid campaign reminder letter.   In early November, we celebrate pledge Sunday.   Pledge cards are blessed at both services.    All plegders then  receive a letter of gratitude.     Those who have remained true to their commitment receive a note of appreciation in June.

On average, forty to forty-two parishioners pledge each year.    However, forty-three congregants pledged in 2017, which resulted in surpassing the projected budget amount for pledge contributions.
